Alexey “Professor” Kulynych is a fan of the football club “Dynamo” (Kyiv).

Alexey Vladimirovich Kulinich was born on November 14, 1993 in the village of Kornin (Zhytomyr region). He studied at school No. 2, and after graduating in 2009 he entered the Kyiv Technical School of Railway Transport at the Faculty of Commercial Activities. Being an able and creative child, he had a keen mind and a remarkable aptitude for the exact sciences. Participated in various Olympiads, including mathematical and sports, had the ability to play chess. As a teenager, he became interested in playing the guitar. Always been the soul of the company and had a great sense of humor.

Since childhood, he loved to play football, dreamed of becoming a famous football player. Alexey has been in the Dynamo fan sector since 2012. Attended home and away matches, together with other representatives of the metropolitan movement took part in the events of the Revolution of Dignity.

Alexey matured early and from the age of 16 went to work at a metal base in the city. Cherry. Once in a good team, surrounded by colleagues, many of whom became close friends and mentors for him. There he worked until the beginning of a full-scale invasion.

An ardent patriot of his Motherland, from the very beginning of the war he considered it his direct duty to go to defend his native land.From the first days he joined the formation of the territorial defense unit of his native community. He led the volunteer movement and took an active part in the training of TRO fighters in his neighborhood. Relatives recall that Alexey had authority among friends, colleagues, and later - among brothers in arms. He was a leader in life and just a good, sincere person.

Despite certain health defects, on March 25, 2023, Alexey voluntarily joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He was a participant in the defense of Kharkiv region as part of 1 OBRSPP named after him. Ivan Boguna. Subsequently, he took part in assault and defensive actions in the direction of Klishchivka-Andriivka already as part of the 92nd OshBR named after him. Ivan Sirka. Having been wounded, immediately after the hospital, having refused rehabilitation, he returned to military duty, seeking to be near his unit.

According to the memoirs of his brothers, “The Professor” never gave up combat missions and always rushed into battle. His motto was the words: “Whoever regrets our work, it is holy to us!”. Principled, proactive and fair, in the last months of his life Alexey carried out the evacuation of wounded fighters from the battlefield. Never complained and maintained a fighting spirit among the brethren. He was awarded the honorary badge of the 92nd OSHBR.

Alexey Kulynych died on April 9, 2024 while performing a combat mission near N.P. Ivanivske (Donetsk region). Buried on the Alley of Heroes in his native village. Kornin. Awarded the Order “For Courage” III degree (posthumously).
