To send a request, send an email to the NGO “BF “STAND OF HEROES” at standofheroes@gmail.com with the inscription “Request for personal data” in the subject of the letter and provide to BO “STAND OF HEROES” with complete information regarding your request, including your contact information and any other details that you consider relevant. NGO “TRIBUNA HEROES” will respond to the request for access within 30 days from the date of receipt of such request regarding personal data stored by BO “TRIBUNA HEROES”, or if the NGO “TRIBUNA HEROES” does not have the opportunity to provide such data within a specified period - BO “TRIBUNA HEROES” will inform you about this and explain cause of delay.

You may also be entitled to other rights provided for by the law applicable to the relationship.

Face Verification Requirement:BO “BF “TRIBUNA HEROES” in accordance with the law is obliged to verify that any submitted request has been sent by a person with a legal right of access to data. Therefore, before providing any information in accordance with the request of the personal data subject for access to such data, BO “TRIBUNA HEROIV” may ask you to provide BO “TRIBUNA HEROIV” with additional information so that the NGO “TRIBUNA HEROES” will confirm your identity and legal powers.
