Oleh "Mizer" Mizerniuk was a fan of the Metalurh Zaporizhzhia football club and a member of the "Ultra Sich" supporters' group.

Oleh Anatoliiovych Mizerniuk was born on February 20, 1991, in Zaporizhzhia. He attended School No. 30 and later earned a professional degree at the technical college affiliated with the Zaporizhstal plant. He was active and athletic from a young age. He enjoyed rowing, but football became a special part of his life early on. He loved playing football with his friends, and this passion eventually grew into a deep devotion to Metalurh Zaporizhzhia and the fan movement.

Fellow fans remember Oleh as a dedicated supporter of his club and a representative of the "Ultra Sich" group. For him, football was more than just a game—it was about friendship, shared experiences, away trips, the atmosphere in the stands, and a core part of his life. "Mizer" first joined the supporters' section in 2012 and became a regular at both home and away matches.

After his studies, Oleh began working at Zaporizhstal as a crane operator in the open-hearth furnace shop. In his private life, he was a hands-on person who loved to do things himself. He knew how to repair machinery and handled much of the renovation work in his apartment on his own. He enjoyed figuring out how things worked, identifying faults, and fixing them personally. He loved rock music and had a passion for keeping aquarium fish, which he set up and cared for diligently. He took great pride and pleasure in looking after them.

Oleh met his future wife, Mariia, in 2010 at a mutual friend's birthday party. They began dating in 2012 and married in 2015. That same year, their son Maksym was born, followed by their daughter Anastasiia in 2018. A devoted father, he always helped out and spent quality time with his children. His wife recalls how, when Maksym was a baby and couldn't sleep, Oleh would lay him on his chest, and the boy would drift off to sleep right there. Even after coming home from night shifts, he would find the energy and time to take his son for a walk. In the memories of his loved ones, he will forever remain not only a strong and brave man but also a loving father who knew how to appreciate the simple joys of life.

During the full-scale war, Oleh joined the defense of Ukraine with the 23rd Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine "Khortytsia," serving in the "Sich Mortars" mortar battery. His brothers-in-arms and fellow fans will remember Oleh as a strong, courageous, and loyal person who remained true to himself until his final breath.

On September 16, 2025, Oleh Mizerniuk was killed while performing a combat mission near the village of Udachne in the Donetsk region. He sustained a severe injury during an artillery shelling. Evacuation was hampered by enemy drones attacking the rescue team. His comrades tried to keep talking to Oleh until the very end to keep him conscious. At one point, they asked him:

- What is the strongest club in the world?

And even in those final moments, Oleh replied:

- Metalurh Zaporizhzhia!

These were among his last words.

His memory will live on in his children, his family, his friends, his brothers-in-arms, and in the stands of his native Zaporizhzhia.
