Vladislav “Rozpnyi” Kazarin is a fan of the football club “Shakhtar” (Donetsk).
Vladislav Vadymovich Kazarin was born on September 28, 1994 in the city of Artemovo (Donetsk region). He lived in the city of Pokrovsk (formerly Krasnoarmiysk), where he graduated from school No. 3. From a young age he had a patriotic stance and boldly expressed it. In the spring of 2014, like most active Shakhtar fans, he opposed separatism and pro-Russian actions in the region. Together with like-minded people from their city, who also stood on patriotic grounds, they founded the movement “Public Asset of Krasnoarmeysk”. The supporters of the “Russian peace” and the pseudo-referendum were openly denied, which at that time was already dangerous.
With the beginning of the Russian aggression in the East, Vladislav was one of the first to join the ranks of the Dnipro-1 battalion. He did not want to leave the front, so he switched between different units to stay on the front line. He served in the battalion “OUN” and the 8th battalion “Aratta” (Ukrainian Volunteer Army). He fought in Pisky and defended Donetsk airport in the autumn of 2014, to which he arrived unofficially, having a vacation in Dnipro-1. After the death of the “cyborg”, the memories of those who managed to meet him during the defense of this fortress began to appear on the network. Among other things, they told how they went to DAP with help for Ukrainian soldiers. Inside the food and water filled BTRU there was no room, and so Vlad just got on his armor, put his GoPro on his head and waved his hand, like, I'm ready, let's go. Most of the way to the new terminal, the armor was scratched by debris from shells that ruptured nearby. The authorities then did not get involved, and the footage from his camera became legendary and later included in the film “Donetsk Fortress: The Heart of a Volunteer”.
In addition, the participant in the liberation of Karlivka (July 2014) managed to fight under Shyrokyn, at the mine “Butivka” and the Svitlodarskaya arc”. He later served as a gunner in the 1st Assault Company of the Voluntary Ukrainian Corps “Vovki”, 1st Battalion of the 54th Separate Mechanized Brigade. In parallel with this, Vladislav did not forget about training. In August 2016, he was enrolled at the Faculty of Law of the Oles Honchar Dnipro National University. Combat comrades will recall how the young man shared with them the experiences of passing the entrance exams to the university. The brothers of the “Painted” believed that nothing could happen to him.
Vladislav Kazarin died on August 10, 2016. His group came under mortar fire from Russian terrorists near Debaltseve. As a result of the rupture of a 120-mm mine, the fighter suffered injuries that were incompatible with life. On the way to the hospital, he died. He was buried on the Alley of Heroes of the Pokrovsky cemetery. On November 25, 2016 he was awarded the Order “For Courage” of the III degree (posthumously). On May 10, 2017 in Pokrovsk on the building of the secondary school No. 3, a memorial plaque was opened to a former student of this school, who gave his life in the struggle for a free future of their country.
