Vasily “Main” Vaseruk is a fan of the football club “Veres” (Rivne), a representative of the team “Rivne Red-Black”.

Vasily Nikolaevich Vaseruk was born on January 8, 1992 in the city of Rivne. He studied at the local school No. 9. According to the memories of his relatives, after completing his studies, he spent some time looking for himself, trying to understand what he wanted to do in life. After the death of his father, he went to his brother, who had been working in Poland for several years. Abroad he mastered several professions, becoming a high-class welder.

In 2020, he returned to his hometown, bought a home and began to improve his life. Vasily began to cheer for Veres in the 2020/21 season, showing interest in supporting sports teams of his hometown. Since that time, he began to attend the matches of the local basketball team of the basketball team BC “Rivne”, and in parallel with this he traveled to the football matches of teams that were friendly to the movement of Rivne.

Subsequently, he was in the team “Rivne Red-Black”, where by that time there were already two of his best friends - Igor “Poltava” and Ervin “Romel”. Teammates recall that Vasily showed himself from the best side, and so the fan life spiraled, in which sometimes it was necessary not only to go to sports events, but also to have a conscious position, develop and be proud of who you are.

Friends from the fan movement share the story of how once they were going to a match, waiting for others. Vasily went to call on the phone and saw how two intruders approached the teenager, asking if he had headphones. It seems like they need to check something. “Why do you need to listen to music if your head hurts?” - Maine told them, and then friends saw how scammers were already lying on the asphalt.

At the end of December 2022, Vasily finally decided to take up arms. He was trained and was a sniper of the second category. Vasily Vaseruk died on May 7, 2022 while performing a combat mission in the area of the settlement of Maryinka (Donetsk region).

Unfortunately, during his life, Maine did not like to be photographed and avoided publicity, so there was almost no photo left with him.
