Alexander “RDG” Chernachuk is a fan of the football club “Veres”, a representative of the team “Rivne Ultras”.
Alexander Yurievich Chernachuk was born on May 24, 2000 in the city of Rivne. He lived with his family in the village of Karpilivka (Rivne region). He studied at the Rivne Regional Lyceum, after which he entered the Automotive Professional College, and received his higher education at the National University of Water Management and Environmental Management. Since childhood, he was fond of wrestling, cars and football. In particular, he visited the Muay Thai section, repeatedly participated in competitions where he won the first places.
Alexander lived with football and fanaticism. Since childhood, he chased the ball in the yard and at a fairly young age began to attend the stadium. He knew how to prioritize correctly. The nickname “RDG” appeared when he used black smoke (a symbol of the Rivne tribune) despite the ban, attracting the attention of older comrades, among whom he later occupied his niche and gained respect. It has become an integral part of the main fan environment of the Rivne sector. He took an active part in the life of the tribune, in forest fights he was a number among representatives of Rivne and “Kids of Capital” (Dynamo, Kyiv) with whom he had close friendly relations. According to the memories of teammates, Alexander stood out for his fighting character, good physical fitness and strong spirit, stood until the end and inspired the comrades with whom he stood side by side.
In addition to football, he was also fond of motorcycles and other automotive equipment, and it was with this that he decided to associate his future profession. I dreamed of my own service station, but the war made its adjustments.
Despite his young age, Alexander joined the defense forces of Ukraine in the first months of the full-scale invasion, then as part of the DFTG. Later he joined, together with his friends, and by that time already brothers, into one of the units of the SSU resistance movement. He was always diligent and conscientious in his classes: a lot of training in tactical medicine, fire training, small unit tactics. For a long time he could not officially enter the Armed Forces, so in 2023 he signed a contract. He held the position of driver-electrician of the division of the strike unmanned aircraft complexes division 144 of the CCP SSO.
The brothers recall that the RDG had many stories, both during and outside the service; both during training and directly working on the LBS. Alexander always stood out for his hard work, perseverance, conscientiously fulfilled the tasks assigned to him, without “reverse gears”. He took direct part in extremely complex combat landing operations on the islands of the Kherson region; in the areas of Donetsk region. (Avdiyivka, Pokrovsky district). During his service, he was awarded the Gold Cross and the “For the Defense of Ukraine” award.
Especially worth noting is the work of the “RDG” in the Avdiyivka area, where it performed combat tasks as part of a small tactical group assembled in a short period of time. The group was responsible for adjusting artillery fire. Subsequently, going to the Pokrovsk area, he operated heavy aviation complexes, effectively destroying the enemy's live force. Alexander remained a man who, without undue remorse or hesitation, made difficult and at the same time necessary decisions.
Oleksandr Chernachuk died on April 8, 2025, while performing a combat mission in Donetsk region. Buried in the village. Karayevichi (Rivne region). He was awarded the Order “For Courage” of the 3rd degree (posthumously), he has the distinction of honorary citizen of the city of Rivne, as well as the award of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine “For sacrifice and love for Ukraine”.
