Nikolai “Robin” Sidorchenko is a fan of the football club “Dynamo” (Kiev).
Nikolai Olegovich Sidorchenko was born on December 21, 1998 in the city of Torez (Donetsk region). He studied at Kalynivska Secondary School №1, and after graduating from the 6th grade he entered the cadet corps and studied there until the 11th grade. From an early age he was left without his parents, so his grandmother was engaged in his upbringing. After graduating from school, he entered the National University of Physical Education and Sports of Ukraine for the specialty of boxing. Since childhood, he was engaged in drawing, in adulthood he began to engage in sports such as boxing, Thai boxing, as well as kickboxing, from which he received the rank of KMS.
In civilian life, Nikolai was often brought up, but when he got into the football environment, it helped him find a certain balance in life a lot. Friends recall that “Robin” was a real shithead.
In 2018, he joined the ranks of Dynamo hooligans. According to the memories of friends, “Robin” desperately showed himself in fights with fans of other clubs, constantly beat, constantly went forward.
Being a good athlete, he represented Dynamo at a professional boxing tournament in Germany, where he faced the representative of “Union” Berlin. Then, in addition to teammates from Kiev, Robin was also supported by Dynamo Berlin hooligans.
The path of struggle for a free Ukraine began for Nicholas of the organizations “National Wives” and “Centuria”, in whose ranks he became acquainted with Ukrainian nationalism. He more than once went out to protests against illegal buildings and was very fond of beating the “titushka”.
With the outbreak of a full-scale war, Robin joined one of the units created by Azov veterans. He liked to fight, so without a doubt he became a stormer. As part of the Third Assault Brigade, he felt out of place. He was one of the few representatives of the fan scene who had confirmed enemies destroyed in a gun battle. He went out on risky tasks more than once and always came out with his head proudly raised after the task.
A friend and classmate of Nikolai recalls one of the episodes in Zaporizhzhya: - “When I came to the headquarters and heard a story there, how a small group of people from our side decided to go forward for reconnaissance and entered the battle there. I immediately thought - there is 100% “Robin”, and began to break through the information: whether all the targets are there and there are no wounded.”
According to him, on that day Nikolai and his brothers were in positions and one of the guys offered to go for a walk. “Robin” supported the idea, and here they went. They soon encountered several occupiers, whom they followed to their positions, entering into battle there with them and eliminating everyone. Enemy reinforcements arrived from a nearby position, so Robin's group had to withdraw, which they did without loss.
According to the memories of his brothers, Nikolai said that war is much easier than in civilian life. I dreamed of going to a contract in the SSO.
In March 2023, “Robin” defended. He was one of the infantrymen who heroically restrained the enemy when he had already entered the city. He continued to fire with AK and RPG even when the enemy destroyed the building from which the defenders of the city were fighting. On March 26, 2023, Nikolai Sidorchenko died as a result of tank shelling.
For a long time, the body of the warrior was in the temporarily occupied territories. Farewell took place in September 2024 in the village. Kalynivka (Fastivsky district, Kiev region).
