Maxim “Nasim” Tokarev is a fan of the football club “Dynamo” (Kyiv), representative of the team “Neighborhood”.

Maxim Pavlovich Tokarev was born on September 18, 1996 in the city of Kiev. He was a student of the city gymnasium №178, after which he graduated from the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture. Maxim's mother, Tatyana Tokareva, worked as a teacher at the university, so he himself studied perfectly. According to the memoirs of his relatives, from childhood he was very well-read and spent almost all his free time on books. At an early age, he was interested in studying the history of Ukraine. In turn, this contributed to nationalist nationalist views, which also began to form very early.

He came to the Dynamo fan sector at school age, because the whole family was cheering for Kiev. Relatives recall that the principles of the fan community and the general atmosphere in the stands had a strong influence on the young man. The fight against injustice and the defense of honor inherent in the fan movement shaped the guy's worldview.

In 2016, the team “Neighborhood” was created, which also included Maxim's brother. In addition to supporting their hometown club, the guys trained and spent a lot of time with the friendly brewing team FBF. Maxim was actively engaged in the issue of ideological education of classmates, because, as in his youth, he devoted most of his time to the study of historical materials.

Like the vast majority of metropolitan fans, Maxim participated in the Revolution of Dignity. On February 18, 2014, a 16-year-old young man rescued people from the burning Trade Union House on the Maidan. He was wounded in the leg and jumped from the second floor as flames engulfed the bottom of the building. After that fateful winter for the country, he began to be interested in politics. In 2017, he graduated from the courses of an assistant to the people's deputy, he sought to change a lot for the better.

After graduating from university in 2019, Maxim worked as a manager in one of the construction companies. At the same time, he did not abandon his intentions to engage in politics. He believed that only those who are ready to shed blood for it can decide the fate of the country. Therefore, in 2020 he signed a contract with the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces. Relatives and friends were at first surprised by this decision, because they knew about Maxim's poor eyesight. He fought for about two years as part of the battalion, which most of the time occupied defensive positions in the Donetsk region.

The beginning of a full-scale war “Nasim” met in the ranks of the 503rd Separate Marine Infantry Battalion in the Donetsk direction. In the early days of the war, his company was encircled twice, and twice in a row he managed to get out unscathed. In June 2022, he received a gunshot wound. After treatment, he returned to health, and in August he received a promotion to unit commander. The brothers recall that “Nasim” was brave and was not afraid to take risks. In the same August, together with another fighter, they entered the territory occupied by the enemy at night and installed the flag of the 503rd OBMP there.

Maxim Tokarev died on 23 October 2022 in a village. Opytne (Donetsk region), as a result of detonation on an explosive device during the execution of a combat task. Farewell to the Warrior on Maidan Nezalezhnosti in Kiev. He was awarded the Order “For Courage” of the 3rd degree (posthumously).
