Maxim “Box” Bordus is a fan of the football club “Dynamo” (Kiev), a representative of the team “North Company”.

Maxim Romanovich Bordus was born on March 6, 2000 in the city of Kiev. He studied at school No. 249. He has been in sports since childhood. Having started playing football, from the age of 14 he began to attend the boxing section. Grandfather was a boxer, so perhaps that is why the young man focused on this sport.

Dynamo Kyiv fan sector began to visit in 2015. Soon Maxim was invited to the North Company football team. Together with friends, he supported the team at home and away matches, and defended the club's colors on the street.

But the main hobby in Maxim's life was still sports, and in 2019 he decided to focus on his professional career, becoming less time devoted to the fan movement. He played in the capital clubs “Gong” and “Ataman”. During the performances, the talented athlete became the champion of Ukraine in kickboxing WAKO, the winner and medalist of dozens of tournaments. He also participated in city and all-Ukrainian boxing competitions.

Relatives and friends remember Maxim as a fair and honest man who never got past the misfortunes of others. Sincere and strong in body and spirit, he always greeted everyone with a smile. Ready to give advice and support, for many he was not only a friend, but a true brother. In civilian life, he was fond of motorcycles and even bought himself one.

From the first days of the full-scale war, Maxim mobilized to the 112th separate brigade of the TRO, participated in the liberation of the Kiev region. Later he fought in the Liman direction. In March 2023, he transferred to the assault brigade “Azov”, where he took the call sign “Kinghal”.

After two months of preparation, he found himself in the Zaporizhzhya direction. Maxim Bordus died on June 11, 2023 during fierce fighting with the enemy in the area of the village. Mala Tokmachka (Zaporizhzhya region). He was buried on the Alley of Glory of the Forest Cemetery in Kiev.
