Ivan “Psih” Holodryga is a fan of the football club “Bukovyna” (Chernivtsi).
Ivan Vitalievich Holodryga was born on January 26, 2002 in the village. Valya Kuzmina (Chernivtsi region). He studied at the local secondary school No. 1, and at the end of the 9th grade he entered the Chernivtsi Professional Lyceum of Automobile Service. From a young age, he was fond of sports, in particular football and athletics, participated in school and district tourism competitions.
According to the memories of his relatives, from childhood he dreamed of being a paratrooper. Later he became interested in technology, he could repair any car. The young man and his sister were raised by his grandfather and grandmother. Friends and neighbors remember Ivan as a brave and sensitive guy who, despite life's difficulties, always tried to be positive and unbreakable under the pressure of life circumstances. He treated older people with respect, he himself enjoyed authority among students, and later students who were familiar with him.
After graduation, he worked in the rapid response security unit “Tiger” in Chernivtsi. He got into the fan sector at the end of 2020 through one of his co-workers, with whom they were from the same village. Joining the movement, he tried to participate in all activities: he helped in the preparation of the performance, rode outings.
This period can be called quite difficult in the life of almost any fanatic movement, in particular because of the Covid constraints and the approach of the Great War. In March 2021, Ivan became a military officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine under contract. Friends recall that he loved to tell stories about the time spent in the ATO. Since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, he defended Ukraine as part of the 87th Separate Airmobile Battalion of the 80th Assault Brigade,
Ivan Holodryga was seriously wounded as a result of enemy rocket fire in the area of the city of Izyum (Kharkiv region), at the end of September last year. For more than two weeks, the brave Warrior fought for his life in a hospital in Kiev, but on October 14, 2022 he left for the best worlds. The Warrior was buried in his native village in Bukovina. According to his sister Alina, Ivan loved his nephews very much and dreamed of his own family.
