Eduard “Ultras” Molochko is a fan of the football club “Metalurg” (Zaporizhia).
Eduard Olegovich Molochko was born on January 3, 1999 in the village of Volodymyrivske (Zaporizhzhya region). He studied at school No. 7, after which he was educated at the Zaporizhzhya Construction Professional College. Since childhood, the main and favorite sport was football.
Since 2015, he began to actively support Zaporizhzhya Metalurg. Supported the team at home and away matches.
In civilian life, after completing his studies, he worked with his father, engaged in construction and roofing work.
From the beginning of the full-scale war, Edward was engaged in volunteer activities, helped the military, and in the spring of 2023 he signed a contract and joined the ranks of the Armed Forces.
Loved ones remember Edward as a kind and polite man, a true friend and loving son to his parents.
He fought as part of the 55th Separate Artillery Brigade “Zaporizhzhya Sich”. “Ultras” defended the country in Donetsk direction, in particular it was in Vuhledar, Avdiyivka and Maryinka.
Relatives talk about Edward's fascination with embroidery with beads. After the fighting, when he returned to the hut, he sat down and embroidered. The last unfinished work was “Cossack with broken shackles” (at the top is the inscription “Slaves are not allowed into paradise”).
On May 20, 2024, he was wounded as a result of an enemy drone hit, while performing a combat mission near N.P. Ptyche (Donetsk region). After suffering burns of 90% of the skin and fractures of varying severity, he fought for two more days for his life. On May 22, Eduard Molochko's heart stopped. He was buried in his native village of Vladimirovske.
