Dmitry “Tyazh” Piasetsky is a fan of the football club “Dynamo” (Kyiv), representative of the team “Terror Family”.
Dmitry Sergeevich Piasetsky was born on July 15, 1991 in the city of Luhansk. He studied at school No. 52, and after graduating from it he went on to receive education at the Faculty of Philosophy at the East Ukrainian National University named after him. Volodymyr Dahlia. At university, he consciously chose what he was really interested in, philosophy. The search for the meaning of life, the origin of the world, the purpose of man in life, as well as the views of different cultures and outstanding people on all these issues. The main childhood and youth hobbies were playing sports and playing the guitar.
It was to sports that Dmitry devoted almost all his free time outside of studies. Kyokushinkai, kickboxing, boxing, as well as mixed martial arts. Worked a lot and was a trainer in the gym. Having lost his parents early, he managed to preserve his humanity. He invited teenagers from disadvantaged and socially disadvantaged families to training in his city, trained them for free. Over time, students began to win medals at domestic and foreign competitions.
He has always been proud of his Ukrainian roots. When someone complained that Luhansk is a Russified region, he liked to talk about the fact that his grandfather did not even know Russian. This became the foundation for Dmitry's strong nationalist views, which was not a frequent occurrence in Luhansk at the time.
With the beginning of the Russian invasion in eastern Ukraine in 2014, Dmitry joined the opposition to the invaders. On his account there are numerous street actions: both public protests and direct action. Later, the Russians wanted Dmitry and his group, Tyazh was forced to leave Luhansk.
In 2015, Dmitry met his future wife Olga. By a whim, two people from Luhansk met each other already in Kiev, after the occupation of their hometown. A year later, their first son Vladislav was born, and in 2019 the youngest - Alexander. Disciplined and sometimes strict with his students, his father also raised his sons, teaching them responsibility and justice. My wife and I dreamed of giving their children a quality education that could develop their abilities for science.
In 2017, he opened the martial arts club “Valhalla Fight Club”, where he continued to train students, as well as independently provide for them, getting a job as a security guard, since teenagers could not always find work.
Kiev became his place of strength. Here he first saw his future wife, here his children were born, here he opened his MMA club and joined the ranks of one of the top teams “Dynamo”. In all spheres of his life, Dmitry devoted himself to all 100: both in raising children, in friendship, in sports, and in fighting. “Tyazh” always really wanted to break the Euro-exit together with his friends, but due to certain circumstances, he did not have time to do it. Teammates remember him as an extremely sincere and decent man who at any hour of the day was ready to come to the rescue.
When a full-scale war began, Dmitry immediately knew where his place was. Quickly chose his craft - this is a machine gun. Once, when guests from another city visited the base, he gathered everyone around him and talked about PCM for more than an hour, which encouraged several guys to also master this weapon. On trips, he always played the role of a machine gunner in the group.
“Tyazh” was a convinced pagan and clearly understood that the warrior was on the road to death. On August 29, the Ukrainian army began its offensive on the entire southern front. During the storming of one of the settlements, Dmitry Piasetsky died. In a few days, according to the results of the successful operation, Ukraine will regain hundreds of kilometers of territories in the southeast. But the beginning was precisely the offensive in the South, during which the brave Warrior gave his life. They said goodbye to Dmitry in early September on the Bald Mountain, according to the pagan tradition, which is revered in his family.
