Dmitry “Rex” Tverdokhlebov is a fan of the football club “Metalurg” (Mariupol), a representative of the team “Group Litz”.

Dmitry Konstantinovich Tverdokhlebov was born on May 25, 2003 in the city of Mariupol (Donetsk region). He studied at school No. 3, after which he entered the Mariupol Vocational School No. 3, where he obtained the specialty of a welder. From an early age, he was fond of sports: boxing from junior school, Thai boxing, and already in his youth - MMA.

Metalurga began to go to the fan sector since 2018. As a representative of the young generation of the Mariupol fan movement, Dmitry already had considerable experience of participating in football meetings with opponents from other cities, in which he defended the colors of his club. According to the memories of his brother, Dmitry was very fond of fan life. Was it some kind of trip to football, or some planned meeting with the opponent in the forest. Whether it's a regular meeting of friends from the team, or a joint workout.

Dmitry “Rex” was a true patriot of his country and hometown. He was a positive person and the soul of the company, and will forever remain so in the memories of loved ones.

He was preparing to join the army and went to the front as soon as he turned 18, joining the ranks of the 501st Separate Marine Battalion of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. And a month after the passage of the KMB, a full-scale war began.

On February 24, 2022, Dmitry met in his hometown. The enemy advanced rapidly towards Mariupol, hellish urban battles soon began. Sometime in the tenth of March, Dmitry received light gunshot wounds, and was in the city hospital №3. There he stayed only a day and a half. His last words to his brother before leaving for the position were as follows: “You are home alone now, so take care of your mother and younger brother, and I will defend Mariupol.”

Dmitry Tverdokhlebov died on March 28, 2022, defending his native land from an enemy invasion. As a result of night artillery shelling, he received an injury incompatible with life in the eye area.

- “Rex was an example of what a new generation of Ukrainians should be - active, brave and determined,” Dmitry recalled on the pages of the fan movement his teammates.
