Bogdan “Pentagon” Khokhlenkov is a fan of the football club “Mariupol”, a representative of the team “Project 32".

Bogdan Aleksandrovich Khokhlenkov was born on April 08, 1992 in Mariupol. Graduate of the Priazov State Technical University. Candidate of Master of Sports in Water Polo. He joined the fan movement “Mariupol” (then “Ilyichovets”) in 2012, while studying at the University. Friends and teammates recall that in the sector he was touched by the atmosphere, the spirit of brotherhood and the interesting adventures that happened on the way of the fans. Subsequently, he became a member of the team “Project 32", and retained his thirst for adventure until the last days of his life.

Pentagon began to defend Ukrainian land from invaders in 2015, joining the battalion “Azov” (VRSP2BOP). The beginning of a full-scale war was met in his hometown. Bohdan Khokhlenkov died on March 28 during fighting in the defense of Mariupol. After receiving a bullet wound, he was evacuated to a hospital in the city of Dnipro, where he later died. Awarded the Order “For Courage” of the 2nd degree (posthumously). He has a wife and a daughter, who at the time of the loss of his father was not even a year old.

It so happened that 12 days before the death of Bogdan, his brother, also a member of “Project 32" - Igor Krasnobryzh, died in battle.
