
Anton “Yakut” Salnis is a fan of the football club “Nikolaev”, representative of the team “Buzkiy Gard”.
Anton Dmitrievich Salnis was born on March 22, 1996. Since childhood, he was involved in sports, his father gave him to boxing. But in addition to martial arts, he loved football since he was a child. So one day, having come with his brother to a friendly game “Nikolaev” - “Crystal” (Kherson) - confrontation with a principled rival, Anton got into the fan sector. Then there was the first outing at the age of 15, who, according to the standard lubrication “for the competition”, also broke through with his brother. Then the first fight and victory.
“Yakut” has always taken an active part in the life of the sector and the football movement of its city. Graffiti, banners, fire shows. In 2012, together with friends, they formed the team “Cadets”, in which Anton was one of the leaders. Sometime later, this company entered the block “B.G.”, which at that time included two local teams. He went to every football match under any circumstances. After the return of B.G. Foundation to the city in 2015, Yakut was already a full representative of this team, which would later become widely known not only in Ukraine, but also far beyond its borders.
On February 23, Anton had tickets to France, where he was supposed to fly the next day. The beginning of a full-scale war was met at the Odessa airport. Immediately he returned to Nikolaev and joined the volunteers, where together with his brothers from the “Buzhsky Guard” he participated in the defense of the almost surrounded city.
Anton Salnis's life was terminated on March 29, as a result of an enemy missile strike on the building of the Nikolaev regional administration. That day, 37 people were killed under the rubble of a partially destroyed building, including police officers, representatives of the terrorist drones and military personnel. For everyone, Anton will remain in the memories, as a true patriot of his city and Ukraine. Kind and brave - a real man who will help in difficult times.
