Anton “Cheese” Sarnatsky is a fan of the football club “Kryvbas” (Kryvyi Rih), a representative of the team “The Company”.
Anton Igorovich Sarnatsky was born on April 3, 1991 in the city of Kryvyi Rih. He studied at school No. 51, and also had an unfinished higher education at Kryvyi Rih Mining University. Since childhood, he was fond of football, playing chess, reading books. In high school, he took an active part in the KVC of the school, and was part of the team “51 mile”.
He began to cheer for Kryvbas since 2007.
He always liked the game of football, but even more liked the game of football around. Anton said that the couple is one big family where everyone can find support and understanding. In the sector, he was remembered as a very balanced, calm and positive guy. With a unique sense of humor. He was able to joke very aptly and wittily, even in stalemated situations.
He was part of the team “The Company”. Teammates recall that in the nationalist environment Anton was known as the most soulful person of the red and white movement.
In civilian life, Anton worked as a miner, namely a pedestrian in one of the mines of the city - “Rodina”. He was sincere, he could never pass by a person who was in a difficult situation, even if she was unfamiliar to him. He was distinguished by an increased sense of justice and social responsibility.
He knew how to win and accept defeat with dignity.
Anton relatively early met his future wife Yulia, also a representative of the red and white family, and in early 2010 they got married. At the end of the same year, the son Igor was born. The wife recalls that at the first sight of his son Anton felt that special love that comes only with the birth of a child. It was a love that needs no words, deep, strong, but in a masculine way restrained.
A man's parental love is different: it hides in care, responsibility and the desire to make the world safer and better for his son. Anton was just that - a father who always loved, even when it remained unnoticed.
Since the beginning of the full-scale war, “Syr” became the army and the Kryvyi Rih branch of the organization “Centuria”. Friends in arms remember him as a brave warrior for whom the word “brother” has always been a priority. During the service, he independently learned to play the guitar, which motivated his son. Igor was pleased to receive from Anton as a gift the first two personal guitars, on which he plays to this day.
Being a true man of honor, he set an example for many commanders by his own exemplary actions, repeatedly pulled out the bodies of fallen comrades under heavy fire. Participated in defensive and counter-offensive actions in the Zaporizhzhya area as part of the 98th battalion of the “Azov-Dnipro” Troop, and since November 2022 has been included in the newly created 3rd OSH. He was awarded the honorary award “Steel Cross”.
Anton Sarnatsky took his last fight on January 14, 2023 in N.P. Klishchivka during the fighting for Bakhmut (Donetsk region). Together with him, the Kryvyi Rih movement lost Denis Dronik in that battle, and Kryvbas fan Vladislav Ryabukha is considered missing.
