Andrey “Balagan” Korenyako is a fan of the football club MFC “Nikolaev”, representative of the team “Corsars”.

Andrei Anatolyevich Korenyako was born on October 22, 1987 in Khabarovsk, Russia. At a young age, he moved to Moscow, where he began to actively support the local CSKA, participating in the football life of the movement. In addition, he loved history and professed a right ideology. He considered Russia the successor of the Soviet Union, and accordingly the prison of peoples. Andrei himself did not talk too much about that period of his life. Comrades recall that in communication with him it was mostly a taboo topic. But it is known that he moved to Ukraine after the Moscow events in December 2010. Then, like thousands of football fans of the Russian Federation, “Balagan” took part in clashes with the Homonians and Caucasians on Manezhnaya Square, which began after the murder of Yegor Sviridov. However, the Czech authorities were able to suppress the protest, after which repression began. Investigators promised Andrei that they would definitely send him to prison.

At first Andrei lived in Sevastopol, but soon moved to Nikolaev. In the city that became his third home, he began to play for the local club of the same name and later joined the Corsairs team, which was founded back in 2000. Standing side by side with representatives of the football south of Ukraine, “Balagan” became a participant in a series of “street” and “agreed” actions in 2011-13. Was with the team at home and away matches.

With the beginning of revolutionary events in December 2013 - went to the capital. Participated in clashes with the dogs of the Yanukovych regime, in particular in the famous confrontation on the street. Hrushevsky. In parallel with this, he actively helped the Maidan in Nikolaev. The Putin regime, which took away one house from Balagan, planned to take this one, because Nikolaev had to enter the Moscow project “Novorossiya” if the invader's plans came to fruition. Perfectly understanding the terrible prospects of the onset of “Russian peace” in the south of our country, Andrei without regret fought with separatists on the streets of the city. He was one of those who dispersed the tent city of collaborators.

The will to fight and the character of a real fighter led the football hooligan (like many others), born in distant Khabarovsk, to the ranks of the then battalion AZOV. “Balagan” was the first of the Nikolaev fans to join the volunteer formation on June 3, 2014, and already in ten days participated in the operation to liberate Mariupol. The fighter served in the reconnaissance and sabotage chute, then moved on to the 1st hundred. It was as part of the 3rd ten of the 3rd Troop of the 1st Hundred that Balagan went to his last battle — the storming of the outskirts of Donetsk.

Andriy Korenyako died on August 4, 2014 in battle for the Ukrainian Marinka.

Andrei's death was the first combat loss of the Azov movement in this war. On June 29, 2016, he was posthumously awarded the Order of “People's Hero of Ukraine” and the distinction “Cold Yar”. For participation in the defense of Nikolaev from collaborators, he was awarded the posthumous award “For merits to the Nikolaev area” of the second degree. Andriy was buried in Nikolaev - a Ukrainian city that became a native for a Russian who, without a blue passport, gave his life for Ukraine. The name of the first fallen Azov Warrior is forever engraved in the name of one of the streets of the city (renamed former st. Pioneer). “Balagan” wished Ukraine a happy fate not in words, but in deeds. At the same time, while fighting against the invaders, he hoped to overthrow the regime at home.
