Football unites even where it seemed — only memory remains.
Together with Ukrainian clubs, the families of the fans who died in the war made trips to European Cup matches in Poland and Slovakia. Before the games, they visited cities, stadiums, met with players and experienced what is so lacking in everyday life — support, attention and care.
Each club has borne all the costs, making these trips a manifestation of true gratitude to their fans who gave their lives for Ukraine.
FC Dynamo (Kyiv)
Families of the dead fans attended Dynamo's match with Maltese club Hamrun Spartans in Lublin. This day has become a symbol of the unity of the fan family — when not only the fans stand next to the team, but also the memory of those who will always remain among them.
FC “Polissya” (Zhytomyr)
FC Polissya twice invited the families of the fallen Heroes to the European Cup matches in Slovakia. Warm meetings, attention from the players, joint photos and moments of silence before matches — all this has become part of a living history of gratitude and honor.

FC Shakhtar (Donetsk)
Together with the “Tribune of Heroes” foundation, the families of the fans attended the match of Shakhtar against the Polish “Legia” in Krakow. For everyone, it was a day of remembrance and support — when football becomes the language that unites generations and keeps hearts together.

We thank Dynamo, Polissya and Shakhtar for the systematic support of the Heroes' families.
It's not just about football — it's about humanity, unity and memory that lives on the stands.
